Spam call offering mortgage assistance. Call was unsolicited. How legit can they be if they ignore federal law and do not call list?

Got recording to attend their seminar. On do not call list.
Interesting when you read some entries at the beginning of this list of responses. A couple of real glowing responses that seem paint them as saints.
Yeah - right.
I would bet anything those responses came from NACA lackeys trying to discredit all the complaints.
As someone said - check the BBB and other sites for complaints.
