Notice how the people writing "This is NACA and they are legit" all seem to be the same or similar wording?
Makes me suspicious that those replies are being written by someone from NACA. This happens a lot when places get a negative review so the company starts signing in under fake names to write up false reports to counter the bad ones.
Do a search for NACA and complaints or scam. See what all those say.
Also ask yourself what the ethics of a company that calls phone numbers in violation of the do not call list. And don't buy the garbage of "you must have signed up, or attended a meeting, or someone you know gave them your name. No way in my case, and I bet this is the same for a lot of people reading this.
Old trick to say "you must have signed up, or clicked on something, or dealt with some company that we have 3rd party status with or a friend, or ......" Try to make it your responsibility to prove you did nothing in the past year or more that could have gotten to them rather than them show how they got your name.
Again - think of the ethics behind a company that ignores do not call and does this before you deal with them.
