Same caller: up to 4 calls per day, usually on a week day.  Calls by a human operator tell us what we have won a mega millions sweepstakes.  Then the caller tells us we must send them a cash payment (or Visa card number) to pay taxes, administration, or handling charges.  This has been happening for 6 months.  We now let the message machine take the calls.  All the calls !   How can we stop these harassing calls?    ----Lawrence Hughston, Sacramento, CA
