For some reason in the last month I have been getting TONS of hang up calls like this so this time I answered.  It was for a drug abuse clinic!  WTF!?  I don't have any sort of abuse problem  Why don't they at least try to find their target market before bugging every Tom Dick & Harry in the country!   Then when you try to get put on the no call list it just disconnects.  So sick of [***] like this bugging me all day long.  They will drive a person to start drinking.

These random numbers can be used to listen on people's phone lines. They can remote control your phone to hear your conversations. You then can have coincidental chain of events that will cost you one way or the other. These calls can be dangerous. They sometimes come from those closest to you.
