Called today, left no message.

Called at 3:20pm. Rang through, not diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo). I called back (*67) and after a fairly long silence got the recorded message "Your call did not go through. Please try again. Zero 11P." That last bit is something I've gotten 2 or 3 times when calling back some unsolicited, unknown number. I find no explanation for what it means when I Google. If it calls back I'll block it.
