This number has called me several times.  A guy (maybe the same guy??) is asking for "Jonathan".  There is (and never has been) a "Jonathan" here. I've explained this each time.  Done wasting my time. I've now blocked his number on my phone.

Called, asked, "Is Linda there?". I asked, "Who's calling?" he repeated his question, I repeated mine. He hung up. Blocked. Do not call list is useless. I usually keep them on the line longer. Tie them up. The longer I keep them busy, the fewer people they can call and the more money THEY lose.
