Since the CLID said "WIRELESS CALLER" and the number is local, I picked up and said "hello".  I immediately received a recording that started out by saying "Congratulations, you have just won a free cruise".  I immediately hung up the phone.  95% of the time I don't answer or pick up the call and hang up immediately.  Since I live in the ATL area, and since it looked like a cell phone - all I can say is they got me on that one!

Just got my first call on my cell phone from this number.  Didn't answer since it's from area code 404, a known ILLEGAL telemarketing area code.  Added the number to my PhoneTray software for the landline.  

More likely than not a telemarketer for the credit card interest rate reduction SCAM.  

IF YOU DON'T KNOW - DON'T ANSWER!  If you do answer, don't press any buttons, just disconnect.  If there was a pre-recorded message - REPORT IT TO DNC/FCC.

I just received a call from 404 291 3849.  Caller Id said Georgia.  My machine picked up and no one left a message.
