college telemarketer of some sort.

Says I was approved for a car loan that I never applied for. When asked where they were located, he hung up. Tried to call the number back only to find that its not in service.

keeps calling I just don't pick up

so I answered and the person said my fist name then my cell phone cuts off. I called the number back and it says this number is out of service

I called back. Number not in service.  I don't get it: How can they call you, you don't pick up, call back, and they say, "They're not in service." Just block them and be done with it!
