Just got a call from this number and was asking some Mexican or Spanish name the called was reading like a textbook in pre-K. Can this number be identified who was this and why cant they be stopped from calling!

Called saying they were Northern Lights pharmacy and were calling about my refill prescription. I have never done business with them, and told the man so, then hung up.

Call and left no message.  Now placed on my Blocked Numbers list.
