He wanted to know if my scooter was still for sale.  Wanted my name and address so he could send shipping company to pick it up.  Couldn't call him back.  Ask for local address and name for DMV.  I'm in California.
It was the way he wrote the message, not quite right.

I just got a similar message from the same person asking for the same thing an address to send payment for a scooter. Odd
