Caller called twice.  Tried desperately to understand him.  He spoke with two others as we tried to help him.  THe second time he called, he stated his name, asked for mine and asked what department I was in.  I proceeded to tell him the departments we had and then I asked him which department he wanted.  We were back at square one, nothing after that made sense.  He wouldnt answer the questions.  We could also hear background noise, possibly a call center?  In the end, we think it may have been a prank or someone trying to get personal information.
