Received 5 calls from this number yesterday and they've continued to call today. I have blocked the number. Nothing but silence and background typing (?) on the one 7-second voicemail that was left.

Does not leave a message, just background noise.

I just received a call and it asks if I would like to accept the call and I just hang up.  No one spoke anything.
