Fake Georgia Power scam.  Tries to tell you your power bill is delinquent.

Don't fall for this.  Call Georgia Power directly if you are in doubt.

Tried to pull all kinds of scams.  Wanted me to sign up for a year!  Promised a free Nest!  I already bought two from the Real GA Power

Restricted number. Left a voicemail to call back to Georgia Power. Went to GA Power webpage and chatted with real agent. They verified this is not GP and reported the number to their Corporate Security Team.
