I  got a miss call from this # so we call back they said my name, and that they where investigation and gave my sister a 855# for me to call back so they can solve this matter

they r complete scam...don't give them your money... they r not investigators.. they are calling on very old debt.. put your wallets up before they get you next!!!!!!!!

They call themselves investigators. If you call outside their business hours, Voice-mail says you've reached the Investigative Division and to leave a name, case id, and number. They won't give more then a first name when you call them... I found that the number is related to:

I suggest to also as them if they are federal or local law enforcement, they can get in hot water impersonating an officer.

No matter what, report them to your local law enforcement, file a report. Also report them to the FCC for harassment.
