They Called and said our cable is going to get turned off and they didn't ask for our name and other information like they suspossed to. We have Charter. I wondering if this is really Charter or if someone is trying to get money from us.

And to they called again with the same number but this time they didn't leave a message and Charter always leaves a message if we didn't answer the phone.
