Received a call this morning from a local number. Answered the call and low and behold it was the "credit card" recording indicating this is my 2nd and final call to lower my interest rates. All of the other calls I have received from "credit card services" are from out of state according to the caller ID. This is the first time I received one indicating my local area code. These imbecile [***] just don't give up!
