This guy is a scam-artist.  Social Engineering.  He said my computer was hacked and if I provided him with "screen" information he could log on and block future hacks.  In fact providing him with the "screen" information would give him access to hi-jack and kidnap my computer, its contents, and all the passwords including bank acount, home banking, and stored passwords.  He speaks like there is a towel wrapped too tightly around his head.  Not saying he is a [***].  It could be a sheet.  Making him a sheet-head.  I'm jus' sayin.  Drop the call and tell him to suck a camel
