caller asked for one of our owners. I asked who was calling. He said "walter". I said "and you are with...." and he responded "clearwire". I asked "and, what is the nature of your call?" and he responded "i am the clearwire account representative" I asked "and, what is our account number?" he said he didn't have it. I told him he wasn't a very good account representative then and he stated that this was their activation center. I said "well, then you should still have our account number and if not, what phone are you looking to activate?" he said "nevermind, I will call him back later."
