I should have Googled the number right away when I got the call. Heavy accented man, rude and asked if this was XXX company ... which I say the name when I answer our phones. I said how can I help you, he said is this xxx company, I said who is calling and he said no, I just want to know if this is xxx company, I said why do you need that information, he said I need to pay my bill, I asked for his company name, he said no, I said what is your invoice # he said no, I am trying to find out if you take American Express, I said I am trying to help you but you need to give me your invoice #, he said NO, and the conversation stayed the same, they were fishing for something. I said yes we take AX but there is a merchant service fee and he said thank you and hung up. Wonder what scheme they are running?????
