Asked for me by name. Claimed he was a Microsoft Certified Technician. When I stopped his schpeel and asked him for his certification credentials he gave me the number 0115 ..I laughed and told him I got my MCP credentials in 2000 and was issued an 8 digit number back then. He exclaimed back "you are no certified technician!" and hung up.

A hang up call.  One of many.  I'm getting several calls a day, from several different numbers.

Foreign accent says they are from Microsoft and critical alert on your computer big scam

Indian woman called from "Tech Support" saying my computer was sending out a lot of errors. I have gotten this call before and wanted to see how far they would go. First they tell me to bring up a run box and type in Eventvwr. I did this and it brought up multiple errors. Then this Indian guy gets on the line and wants me to go to www.fastsupport.com which brings you up to a Remote Access Port. DO NOT let a Stranger access your computer. I asked how I was supposed to know that they were actually from Microsoft support. After multiple times asking I was told FU and was hung up on.

Technician from Indian said he was from microsoft - hung up immediately.
