Got a call from this number, as soon as I picked up a man said 'Hello?, Hello?'. He said, 'Oh, I'm sorry. I think I have the wrong number.' and hung up. They seem to be doing this a lot, I wonder what they are up to.

Please block this number, it is a crank call or they are phishing. What ever it is it needs to stop. We can't pay our taxes if we can't work.

Just got a call at my OFFICE and when I heard "hello, hello" and I said, Yes, Hello? a man with a trained radio style voice said he must have the wrong number. When I asked to whom he wanted he just rudely hung up on me. I checked here and saw all the reports and decided to call them back. I got the pretend southern accent (I am in the south; I KNOW how it should sound; being that he is in Nebraska, he failed terribly) and told this "Jim" to remove my number from his list and that the Attorney General in NC would be immediately contacted. (BTW: I also told him the the fake accent was ridiculously absurd!)

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
Report your callers here, not just to the DNC alone:
