i got a call today and they hung up when they got my voicemail.  i'm also on a do not call list for the FTC.  how do i contact them to report this?

Got 2 calls on my cell from this number.  When I called it back, got a recording that said something like, thanks for calling us back - if you don't want to receive future calls from us, press 1.  So I did.  I have no idea what the company is, the recording didn't say.
