I just got this call--I live on the US/Mex border, so I'm sure whoever had my cell # before most likely had a Spanish surname. I thought new regulations just went into effect re these unsolicited calls!

I just got the call right now... 6:20PM [EST) and the message was in spanish. Spanish Operator indicates: "You have just won $500.00 - press the * key to claim your prize..." Crazy!! Random give aways are NEVER true, especially when you have no clue where they got your cell number from.

Report it. Shouldn't they get a $16,000.00 fine per call? That new law just went into effect.
