Started these scammy calls this week (07/20/15) and claims to be making the "final attempt" to settle "this matter" or I waive my "right to counsel" and they'll be filing suit in "my county" (tricky to do since Louisiana doesn't have "counties", we have parishes). The repeated the "final attempt" on Tuesday, two more "final attempts" on Wednesday, I turned on the anonymous call block for Thursday, no calls. Today apparently they are showing their phone number which I'm going to get as soon as i get home and report to the LA Attorney General Consumer Protection as well as the FTC.
