Caller ID says Atkinson NE.  Did not answer but I get this call at least daily.  I've gotten other calls from different 402 area codes (which is my area code also) that I also do not recognize and do not answer.  I have a feeling these are spammers hacking ordinary peoples' numbers to get me to answer.  Not going to work.
