I get this call several times a day. It started on Thursday and it's now Sunday and I have received 11 calls from them in 4 days.  They never leave a message and it is extremely annoying. I'm on the do not call list and still receive these calls.

Unrecognized Number.  Left no message.  Blocked.

didn't leave one

! Do not answer.....Turning you in.....You did it again and i told you i would turn you in and i am!!!!!  Quit calling the 815 area code as you are wasting your time......I would never ever answer a call outside of my area code and only if they left a precise message of who they are, what they want and then i will decide if i want to answer and it is probably ....No!  I give no info on the phone so go ahead and keep calling as you are wasting a call here....

PNC Bank Survey?  Didn't answer as the number was unknown, but I visited a branch yesterday and they always call for customer opinions on how the service was.
