Same person calling from different numbers has identified herself as Rebecca outlaw at first now doesn't states something about fraud case. Previously same message from different woman different numbers. Big scam

A call came in from a Rebecca Outlaw. From my search of this number, it came from a landline in the Lincoln, NE area. The message was that a complaint had been filed against me any that I or "my attorney of record"  must call back immediately to address this matter. It's the same scam call as people saying they're from the IRS, or that you're facing some sort of fraud charge, unless some money is paid to them immediately. Not only is all this false, they usually want some personal information as potential for identity theft.

It's best to ignore the call. Any future calls from this number will result in a complaint filed with the FTC to see about getting this number shut down.

The company had some of my personal information and said I owed money and they are processing a fraud claim. They said I would be arrested and processed in Pearson County. The name of the person was Michelle Stewart from number 402-817-7833.

I received two calls, minutes apart from each other from someone named Rebecca Outlaw.  Stated that she had a fraud claim against me and that I or my attorney need to contact her today.  I called and spoke with someone who refused to identify themselves.  She stated that I had to get a criminal attorney and that a warrant will be issued for my arrest within 24 hours. She stated that I had some sort of loan out and when they tried to debit my checking account, it was closed. She said this was the same thing as passing a bad check.   I have only changed my checking account number once in the last 10 years and I do not have any automatic "debits" from my account.  She did have my last 4 of my social security number and my email address.  When I asked who the originator was for this alleged loan, she did not tell me.  Instead, she gave me two options - either get a criminal attorney or settle out of court.  I refused both.  As I have never received any correspondence from anyone regarding an outstanding loan, this has to be a scam.   I was previously employed with a law enforcement agency and I have never heard of any private entity issuing a warrant for an arrest.  And I do not have any loans out, nor have I applied for any.   Bottom line, this is a scam.

I also received a message from Rebecca Outlaw saying there was a fraud claim. She did not say where she was from and who the fraud claim was against (this is an office phone) so I knew it was a scam and didn't call back.
