Rec'd a call from this # yesterday. No message....sure enough they called back today caller ID says Waverly NE and 786 is a Waverly prefix.  So I pressed "1" got the girl calling about credit card interest rates,etc.  live near this city and it is dinkyville and there are NO credit card services there. I know that because a good friend is the City Manager. So, I asked her where she was calling..oh guess,,,FL. I said this is a scam and you are phishing and I called her a fraud and she hung up me...boo hoo. I am sure if I call it back, I will get nothing. But she did refer to me as "mam". scam
