Called 1/20/16 at 9:00 am and 11:00. Caller ID showed "West Interactiv".  We do not have Comcast nor have any of our utilities been out. No idea why they are calling.  They did not leave a message at the voice mail prompt after my Sentry robo call blocker advised them that we do not accept calls from telemarketers, to remove our number from "their call list" (legal requirement to fine them if ever caught), or to press 0 to leave a message.

This is a courtesy call from Comcast letting you know service has been restored. We had problems with our cable and  their automated system gave me an option to receive a call when the service is restored.

calls every few days claiming they want to take a survey...I asked them to stop and they havent...today the call with an automated system saying they wanted to take a survey...

A couple calls over last week, that went unanswered. The text "West Interactive", appeared in ID window. West Interactive, is a company specializing in automated calling / answering / menu systems. They have a website, just add .com .
