Was applying for jobs and one asked if you would be interested in schooling ( I stupidly checked yes as far as pertaining to a job). Now these stupid "career" and "degree" places keep calling even though I have told them to stop. If you block their number, they call with a different one.

I never pick up, it's just annoying when they call everyday. Literally everyday.

Just got three calls from this same number today.  Three calls in about 6 minutes.  Judging from the last comments about this number I'd say it's a scammer.  It's my area code, and CID said Shelby NE.
