Do not talk to these people.  It is a big scam!  These people have been calling me since March of this year.  My attorney has tried to call them a couple of times to see what this is all about, and they will never talk to them.  These people are a bunch of scam artists!!!  They will be caught eventually and punished.

Called from a different number since I blocked this number. The new number is 402-454-7320. Never calls me by name or what company they are. I know they are just scammers trying to get my bank info.

Keep calling me say thay are going  to  take me  court  said  i  took a payday loan but wont tell me name

 Automated call continues calling my # every day, never asking for my name.  They change their # on a regular basis.  All #'s are from Nebraska - Madison, Lincoln, Omaha.  They leave messages about a "pending case in your county".  One instance says to dial 1 for an investigator.  I did so and the call was cut off.  I called back and got the message that their mailbox was full.
 I called "this" particular # back and a man by the name of Brandon Robertson answered saying he was with Capstone Advisory.  I asked for his license #.  He said he had a badge#, but he would not give me any further information.
