Received a call from DIS POLICE FD and we didn't answer, even though the wife wanted to because it said "POLICE".  Then, I looked here and saw everybody's experiences.  Glad we didn't answer.

This number called barely a week after a similar number (402-413-6775) called us looking for a donation for cancer. The voice even sounded like the same guy. He once again identified himself as calling from Corporation For Character soliciting donations for disabled police this time. Once again, I told him we don't donate over the phone and asked to be placed on his company's do not call list. I wish there was a way to totally opt out from and and all Corporation For Character's solicitation calls without having to tell them each time the call for someone new.

Call from dis police fd,  Wanted to send a care for a donation, when I said no he started to argue-that's when I hung up.

The voice is exactly the same, as was the approach from Feature Films for Families. Beware
