Ye it's a scam, I was getting them endlesley for 2/3 days and then I just blocked the number

I'm in South Africa , got calls from this number on the following dates , 05/01 , 15/01, and six calls today 01/02 .
Tried to talk but got no answer and the person hangs up.
Deshler. NE is where the call is from......!!
