Just got a call from them. Sounded like he was from India and hard to understand. Wanted to verify information about a business listing on Google Maps? I told him to take me off his list and I was not interested.
He did not say anything else and just hung up!

Called my cell phone & it rang three times & then hung up - didn't go to vm to leave a message.

Strong accent, said he was from Google business listings. He confirmed my home address and it really creeped me out, established especily when I admitted that it was my home address. I said "I'm sorry this sounds like a social engineering scam" and I hung up. Google calling me from Nebraska lol?

Cold call solicitor/telemarketer from India. They get your Name, Phone Number, and Address from harvesting public WHOIS Records when you register a domain name (I know this because I use a bogus name & street address exclusively when registering domains, and only the email and phone is valid.)
