I keep getting calls from different numbers, they all have the same area code and the same message about a case being filed with the county in which I live.  This has been going on for several months now.  I block the number and they use a different one.  Same threat, "this is your last and final notice that a pending case will be filed in your county if we don't hear from you by the end of the day"  I have stopped answering and I called back once, they back search your name through the caller id to your cell phone.  They don't know who you are if you call from a land line.  They always give you the option at the end of the call to give them money and they will get the case dismissed.
