I received a text message from this number yesterday morning.  It said that I had been chosen to win a $1,000 Walmart gift card, but I had to be among the first 1,000 to respond to the text (and tell them this was a working number and then be told I wasn't part of the first 1,000).

This number is listed as being in the Omaha, Nebraska area, and the (402) 305 exchange is showing as being handled by Blue Licenses Holding, Inc.  It's also listed as a wireless number.
