I receive calls from this number at least 2-3 per month. It can be as many as 5-6. Who are they? They never leave a message...

I heard a loud beep when I answered the phone.  After the beep, I had to wait about 10 seconds, then a recording starts letting me know I was selected to win an all-expense paid vacation worth $2,500.  I could then push 1 to a"ccept and learn more" or press 3 to decline.  I let them hear silence and they eventaully disconnected the call.
