I am pretty sure its a bill collector! I don't answer numbers I don't know so I had someone answer it for me and it sounded like a bill collector!

I get it on caller ID as UNKNOWN NAME. I don't answer it

They said I owe on a credit card that was closed 7 years ago.I asked them for proof and they said they had already sent.I don't think so!

This number called where I worked asking for a person I never heard of. Told them they had wrong number and besides it was a business they were calling. They were persistant and said the person called them from the number. Told them I didn't know of the person and then they wanted human resourses. Told them they had wrong number and I wasn't passing them on then they wanted to know the business name. Told them it didn't make any difference for they had reached the wrong number. Persistant and rude!
