They call frequently for the "home owner" which in fact there's 2 owners.It seems to be the same "caller".The owner doesn't speak spanish,and if they are representatives of WELLS FARGO usually they call back with a spanish representative and in fact the same person calls back asking again for the owner of the house. They try to make up a conversation to know what city you live in,which in fact WELLS FARGO already knows.Then they try to scare you by trying sell you an insurance of $35 for home disaster due to weather, accident or one of those "big events".

Call all the time (and hang up when I answer!?) despite numerous requests that they stop. Custom Response is telemarketing on behalf of Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Poor fools in management think this is a great way to sell insurance. Hope they know all they've insured that I will never buy ANY service from ANY WELLS FARGO company. I share this info regularly with every high net worth individual I know, since their financial services division which would love them as clients. Not happening! In addition, each time they call, I file another complaint with do not call.gov. They are operating on the edge of the no not call legislation and it is backfiring.

This is Custom Response, calling on behalf of Wells Fargo. Once the representative spit out the marbles, I could understand her. Due to refinancing and their phone calls, I will be a former Wells Fargo customer.  I know the rep. has a job to do. I DO TOO!!
