i dont think this is a scam i think its legit. my phone service has been interrupted as they call it because i havent been able to pay the bill yet. i get calls from sprint whenever this happens, from all kinds of different phone numbers, but it really is sprint.& now that ive searched & seen info suggesting it is sprint, i recognize 402 #s as usually being sprint. its weird but its not a scam. only scam i can think of would be trying to trick us unpaid bill folks into answering because the # is different in the caller id.....

they left an automated voice mail addressed to me asking me to call about my sprint wireless acct.ending with _ _ _ _ and to please call about this urgent matter and call them at 402-220-1562

If its legit.then why they need your ssn? Or any of the other info they should already have.

It is a scam. Sprint uses a female voice, never a male. Also if Sprint is based in Kans why is the number from Omaha, NE? It's 100% scam also Sprint will suspend your service where you can't make calls but you can get calls in. Also the 4G works too this way :)

they say the goverment is accepting sub-contractors for jobs in your area ,ext.266.this was all through a voice mail message. so they are hitting people who own bussines also.

reported earlier calling for sub-contractor,it;s calling for businesses in your area.
