Legit.  Walgreens prescription auto-refill via your approval.

Received a VM asking for me by name saying they were calling about a prescription refill and asking me to call an 800#, but they never identified themselves in the call

Received a voicemail regarding a prescription refill, left a 800 number. Called that number and it was a automated answer that started asking for information like date of birth. I hung-up without providing any info as I don't know of any prescription I would have to be refilled and no identifying information was provided from the caller.

It's legitimate. Call from Walgreen's Pharmacy Reminder service, for prescriptions that are refillable, and nearing end of supply.
