I too received a call from this number that was unpleasant.  I guess it was one of those companies that offers to market your car and finance it for someone, but I never found out because I asked him some questions and he hung up on me.  He starts out asking how much I want for my car and knowing that this is how these calls start, I ask "have you seen the ad?"  "Yeah I've seen the ad" he says.  So I wonder why he'd ask the price if he's seen my ad with the price displayed.  I ask him if he is local and he gets very indignant and goes on "yes, why are you asking me all these dumb questions, I am the one wanting your car, I should be asking the questions."  I apologize and explain that I've been getting a lot of calls from these annoying companies that say they can sell my car by financing it.  He hangs up.
