Downright horrible service, crooked [***] company, and nonstop harrassment! I visited Immanuel way back in December due to a foot injury, received a bill (by the time it went through to me it was late... Hospitals fault), paid it off and sent the payment certified through the post office. Have proof it was taken out of the bank account, an here I am 6+months down the road I get an intimidating and harassing letter from Mca stating my balance is overdue. I call to tell them there is no outstanding balance and both people I talked to have a stick up their [***] and don't know a damn thing they're talking about regarding billing, and were EXTREMELY rude. They tried to tell me how my OWN er visit went and kept cutting me off threatening me saying I was going to get arrested for failure to pay and threatened my account was gonna be affected negatively, and more so the longer I go without paying this 137 dollar bill I don't owe. They'll pull out all stops, it's honestly funny it's so unethical and criminal and ridiculous! I work in a hospital, I know how billing works. Definitely no multiple bills and everyone I've talked to has never heard of these double bills Mca swears by. Of course it's a hospital issue too because clearly it went through and was accounted for... The bigger issue is Mca. I'm convinced both Immanuel and Mca are tight knit corrupt companies that attempt to take advantage of gullible and oblivious people who don't know their own rights. Ohhhhhh and they also couldn't give me a straight reason as to why I was sent to collections at this [***] company(hospital or Mca) and refused to give me in depth details regarding this whole ordeal. Since I went attorney on Mca and refused to give out personal information and or card numbers, they've been calling the house phone nonstop (3x minimum per day), but clearly it ain't important because they won't leave a message. Point blank these bunch of space cadet morons are out to leech money you don't owe to begin with!!! Don't give them any info, numbers, money, nothing!
