James Clark possibly claims to be an private investigator and does things like calls to get peoples ss# he has stated I have fraudulent student loans but not on my credit file trying to get credit card and social security numbers to thenchecwon't stop calling meche is a very vulgar guy who says inappropiate things to children if they answer he hides behind numbers and also uses your own phone number he will tell you anything be caution of Jimmy or james Clarke his company was csi what he said but all fraudulent

This number keeps calling me on my job and my cell phone.  They call non-stop!!

hello my name is sharon these people keep calling me about a pay day loan that i have never got ........yes i did sign up for one but never went with it ........they calls my job everyday my family an i would like 4 this 2 stop ....or i will get my lawyer and the FBI .....on this.......thank you

James Clark says he works for the Central Intelligence -get this - Department.  He has an eastern (as in India) accent and from the sounds in the background, I'd say he's calling from a call center somewhere.  The credit agency I've been working with says it's a scam; a creditor has sold your info to this company and they are trying to get your bank/credit card information.  My counsellor says DO NOT give it to them, it's a fraud, the threats they are making are not valid.  The most they can do is continue to call and try to harass and frustrate you to the point that you give in.  They even called a lady who was listed as a personal reference of mine and threatened her, so you know this is bogus.  Wish I knew exactly where James is located so I could get to him.  I'd show him what REAL harassment is!  Meanwhile, if you have caller ID and you don't recognize the number, just don't answer it.  If it's that important, they'll leave a message.  And if he's cussing and saying other inappropriate things, you can report it to the phone company, and if nothing else, they can change your number.

i recently recieved a call from this same place calling my cell phone and my work.  leaving threatening messages. the person who called me was a female and her name is Kelly.  when i clled back the number they said they were from an investigation law firm.
