Left no voicemail on my cell. Just as stated above, caller ID started with "V" a few numbers, then 401-648-6543. I assume it's another scammer from overseas.

Caller-ID number starts with V0, phone # (likely spoofed) is (401)648-6543.  No voice message.  This is the 6th call like this I've received today.  One I had already blocked.  Most seem to claim benefits for older people.  Interestingly, Though I've gotten calls like this before, now that I enrolled for SS the calls have *really* increase!  I think there's a deadline coming up for signing up for alternate Medicare plans.   Well screw 'em - if they can't be bothered to leave a message, I can't be bothered to respond (and even then...).
