Got calls from another number indicating a lawsuite against me.  Then a Sgt. Carter called my workplace and told the receptionist that there was a serious legal matter against me and I should call back on 4016083010.  I wish they would leave me alone and stop trying to take advantage of innocent people!

Whoever is doing this needs to be caught.  They have my work number, also called my daughter and have both her home and cell numbers.  Very threatening caller.

i received a call from a a Tom Atkinson on September 07, 2011 at11:35am about a loan i never received from a company. i called the company and they stated that a loan was never given to me. i am informing this person Tom Atkinson that i am going to have my lawyer call to inform him of a lawsuit against him and his company.

Called me and left a message john William from federal crime! He said that this could be the hardes tine of my life and he will make sure that I will lose my job ssn just everything if I don't call them back!
