I was looking for a rental house and found one under the name of Stephen A Bailey. We check out his property taxes and it lists a woman by the name of Kathleen Ann Bailey. I sent an application, General information, and got nothing back from him since. I've tried calling him and cannot be reach furthermore. Reading more about his number, he is a scammer!!!
