Obnoxious prerecorded political promo for Dan McKee, candidate for the somewhat vanity office of Lieutenant Governor. The call delivery is another of the stupid kind which can't tell a machine from a human answer. Hence the candidate's voice is blathering in a "Nawth Pwovidense" accent during the entire recorder greeting, after which it continues by imploring the non-listener to "go to my YouTube channel".
