This person won't stop calling me

"Hello! This is Lisa from the Green Dot Survey Company! You've been selected to win a FREE cruise--" then I hung up.

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone. I am also in Rhode Island. I didn't pick up and no message was left.

Telemarketer

Called, left no message on my answering machine. Caller id on my phone said "Providence RI". I returned the call less than a minute later (with my own caller id hidden) and a recording answered that "the survey I was called for is now closed." So I blocked the number, as it is obviously a scam. The same recorded male voice recording answers at 401-326-4467, 401-354-1712, 401-244-7223, 401-396-2331, 401-608-3009, 401-396-2343, 401-622-0104 and other Rhode Island numbers as well, all of which I have blocked.
