Received a call from them tonight.  They did not leave a message but a Google search indicates it is the number for Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI.  I have BCBS for medical insurance and assume the call was some type of solicitation or survey.  Since I do business with them, I guess they are exempt from the Do Not Call List.  Since they didn't leave a message, I'm not worried about it...
